Who is this Princess?
Diana Belbiţă, or known by her fighting alias “The Warrior Princess“, is a strawweight fighter, fighting on the UFC roster. She has a record of 14-7 and fighting out of Stoney Creek, Canada. Her style is predominantly a kickboxing one with more than half of her wins ending with a TKO/KO victory. Most of them coming from her heavy hands. She also has 4 submission wins. And she is 100% a gamer. Whether she is fighting on the prelims, or early prelims, The Warrior Princess always puts on a good fight.
Where did she come from?
Belbiţă was born and grew up in Romania, where started her career. In the city of Drobeta Turnu Severin (translation: tower of severus). She started her martial arts career at the age of 12 where Belbiţă describes that, she wanted to do something different than the other girls so she started Judo. Shortly after that, Belbiţă started training in Strehaia, Romania under Ilie Gadea where she started to train kickboxing and Kempo (a style of karate). Belbiţă was very accomplished winning the 2012 WAKO Kickboxing World Cup Gold Medal at the age of 16 and then in 2013, The FRAMC Romania Budokai National Championship Sei-Budokai Gold Medal.
Belbiţă started her professional MMA career in 2014 on the European regional scene. Fighting in promotions such as: RXF (Real Xtreme Fighting), UFT (Ultimate Fighting Tournament), LFN (Lappeenranta Fight Night), and one of the most popular European fighting organizations, KSW (Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki). A Polish promotion.
In 2017 Belbiţă won the 2017 IKF Kempo European Championships -60 kg/132 lb Full-Kempo Gold Medal and the 2017 UWSKF (Kempo) European Open Championship Gold Medal.
She finally debuted in the UFC in 2018 where she faced-off against Molly McCann. Belbiţă lost by a decision, she also lost her next bout by submission (armbar). Happily she won her third fight by decision, then lost her fourth by decision again. It is obviously not easy when you are fighting the best girls in the world.
The same year she debuted in the UFC she won the 2018 IKF World Kempo Championship Gold Medal.
What is it about her?
Im sure that you can tell she is au natural. This girl doesn’t need a filter or a drop of make-up to tarnish her natural looks. She has the beautiful Romanian look, dark brown hair and plump lips without a dab of lipstick.
She is definitely the definition of a Bad B***h. She has the looks, the personality and the fighting style to back it up. She looks delicate even on the night she steps in the octagon as you can see from the first picture. The Warrior Princess is by far the Baddest B***h on the roster.
Sadly for the gents, she is only interested in Terrence Mckinney.
