Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida submits Kiril Grishenko by heel hook in 64 seconds of the very first round.
Almeida vs Grishenko was the second fight to kick of the One On Prime Video 1: Moraes vs Johnson II Main Card. It ended very quickly with Buchecha, who is a 13x Black Belt World Champion looking for the double leg take down and quickly transitioning to a heel hook very swiftly.
Post fight, Buchecha talked about the last 3 weeks emotionally in preparation for his camp. He explained how he lost one of his best friends and wanted to pull out. But he knew if he pulled out that his friend would be mad at him for giving up his dreams cause of him [dead friend]. Buchecha explains how he was training and crying and it was hard to get through with this camp.
