Everybody’s favourite uncle, former middleweight title contender, former UFC analyst, part-time promoter and social media mogul Chael Sonnen, “The Bad Guy” is making some striking allegations against current heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou.
There was some new training footage that came out from Francis Ngannou recently of him looking jacked, along with some recent photos of him.
Chael doubting the legitimacy of the size he has put on due to his knee surgery that has left him out of competition thinks he is “too big” as he put it.
That is, too big for someone who has been out of competition and not really training.
Ngannou’s head coach Eric Nicksick broke the news recently in an interview with Mike Heck of MMAFighting that Ngannou would be going home to get his visa updated along with positive information about the champs physique and mental state.
The Bad Guy eluded to doping accusations about Ngannou having to go home (Cameroun) to get his visa issues fixed saying,
"Francis is going home for a visa issue. You guys aware what I am saying to you right now? You either speak the language or you don't. When a top guy who has a contest coming up has to leave town -- all of the top guys who have contests coming up have to leave town."
In this recent video he put out, he talked about “added supplementation and relating his his own experience to this topic adding,
"when you start dealing with supplementation, when you start adding some of those chemicals for supplementation it was very easy for the weight to just change"
Chael also suspects that his foe, the former light heavyweight champion Jon Jones will be leaving town before his potential match with Ngannou.
"Won't be long before Jon [Jon Jones] is catching an airplane someplace."
Jones has also tested positive on two different occasions (UFC 200 and UFC 214) for hydroxy-clomiphene and letrozol and the econd time turinabol. He has also failed a drug tes (UFC 182) due to cocaine.
